    Will and Dustin believe that everybody deserves abundance. . . They have built a business and a culture that leverages years of experience in the real estate investment market with a new paradigm on the acquisition and disposition market.

    Will is the expert focusing the majority of his efforts on wholesaling of properties and Dustin, leveraging relationships and banking experience to conquer the turn key and rehab market with his business. Together this allows them to build a system to offer a wider choice of real estate investment options to their clients delivered a new kind of company called NuParadox. NuParadox was created to disrupt the traditional stock market/mutual fund investment mindset instead offering investors the opportunity have a better control of their money and their lives over through our New Paradox.

    Crissy Carden | Director
    Crissy oversees all processes of transactions of properties that we buy and sell. She is responsible for submitting new contracts to the title companies, obtaining any necessary documentation from the buyer, investor or seller and keeping customers informed throughout the closing. With 13 years of real estate industry experience- Crissy is able to make all transactions for our investors very easy and seamless.

    Crissy also enjoys refurbishing furniture, traveling, exercising, and spending quality time with family and friends.

    Eddie Flecker | Acquisitions Manager
    Eddie is one of our Acquisitions Managers who helps sellers walk through the process of selling their house. Eddie has been in charge of originating, managing and closing property acquisition transactions for the last 5 years. Complete analysis of prospective transactions, including property valuation and evaluation of property. Complete the purchase of properties in the Indianapolis area, rehab them, add tenants and sell to new investors looking to have an immediate cash flow and instant equity.

    Eddie has two amazing boys, one 6 and one 3. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, scuba diving and sky diving.

    Noelle Younger | Acquisitions Manager
    In her role as the Acquisitions Manager for NuParadox Investments- Noelle ensures satisfaction of all of our clients! Either it be a client purchasing or selling a property to NuParadox Investments- Noelle does an outstanding job at making the process quick and easy. Putting her 5 years of customer services to use- she balances getting the sellers what they need out of a property while still finding the great investment properties for our investors. Being a self proclaimed math nerd who taught 6 years of high school math- finding exactly what our investors are looking for in a property and the returns they need to make it a successful purchase for the investor is a breeze. She knows her math! Noelle lives in Indianapolis with her husband and daughter.
    Ashley Fernando | Office Coordinator
    Ashley is the glue that enables all of the administrative facets of NuParadox Investments to come together. From taking all of the incoming calls from our marketing, website, and referrals to being the first point of contact if you call our office. Ashley is responsible for getting all the necessary information we need to make sure our investors are taken care of and have a great experience right from the start.

    Ashley has almost a decade of customer service experience and prides herself on providing the best customer care possible for all our investors.

    Amie Lieurance | Dispositions Specialist
    Amie comes to us with 14 years marketing experience in the business-to-consumer and business-to-business environments. She establishes relationships with our investors and communicates details of each property with them via multiple marketing mediums. She also attends networking events and will be your sales contact if you are looking at one of our properties.

    Amie enjoys her time at home with her three girls and husband of 12 years. She loves working out and is a big Indy Race Car fan!

    Rachel Boling | Acquisitions Manager
    Rachel loves meeting new people of all walks of life. She comes with a background in business and relationship building. Her role as Acquisitions Manager includes working one on one with clients looking to sell their home and showing them how the process can be hassle free. As a previous collegiate athlete and captain, she’s practiced at dedication and hard work. Combine that with her 11 years of experience in customer service, recruiting, and sales – she’s sure to gather up the best deals for our investors while maintaining strong client relationships and satisfaction. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, playing sand volleyball, travelling, and being a goofball.
    Wendy Roser | Client Experience Manager
    Wendy comes to us with over 20 years of experience in sales and customer service. She also has prior experience working in the remodeling industry that helps her relate to the various situations of our clients. She receives all inbound sales calls and provides potential clients with information about our company and how our purchasing process works. After qualifying a client, she connects them with an Acquisitions Manager who can walk them through the purchase of their property. She continually assists the rest of our team by providing informational support, tracking and follow up with clients. In her spare time Wendy enjoys traveling, sailing and live music.
    Dennis McManama | Acquisitions Manager - Fort Wayne
    My background in real estate goes back to 2004 where my wife and I first started buying and turnkeying properties in Fort Wayne. There we learned the discipline of understanding and meeting buyer needs to provide updated home renovations one house at a time. We also started and ran a company of 17 years providing Kitchen and Bathroom updating solutions to Home owners as well as Investors looking for solution to market properties.
    My role is to develop and acquire Property solutions in the Fort Wayne area and develop business relationships to help grow our marketplace.
